While doing some random shopping on Amazon, I came across this interesting supplement. It is called ‘Major Curves Butt Enlargement Pill’. I never thought that, I can enhance a particular spot on my body by taking a pill.
Amazon already has lots of mixed reviews. While most of the 5 star reviews seems to be cooked-up, there are lots of genuine looking customers feedback. Check it on Amazon
What is this butt enhancement thing?
Major Curves, a herbal supplements company, sells variety of spot fixing and enhancement supplements on their official website. They claim that, their pill will help you to increase your butt size by upto 31%. Further, it is advertised that, it is 2X stronger, no weight gain, and no side effects. So far good so good. Pure herbal miracle supplement!
How does Major Curves Butt Enhancement work?
These capsules are made with proprietary formula, meaning we do not know exact ingredients and exact dosage. Surely, the supplement contains some good herbal extract known from ancient civilization. This proprietary blend gives you 1036 mg per serving. Since there is no clear instructions, I’m assuming that it comes with 60 pills in a bottle. Serving size is 2 capsules. Again, not sure whether 2 pills at a time or 2 pills per day?
- One of the primary ingredient is ‘Saw Palmetto‘. This berry extract is commonly used to treat prostate related problems, low libido, and low sperm count in men (ref). In women’s body, it improves estrogen hormone level, thus helps to make your body more feminine. Therefore, we can assume that, it will help in enhancing/firming buttocks. If your breasts get firm, don’t blame the pill… isn’t that a double benefit?
- Fenugreek seeds and leaves. In India, Ethiopia, and many other South Asian countries, it is widely used as a culinary ingredient. The seeds contain the phytoestrogen diosgenin, which has the ability to imitate estrogen. It is believed that, Fenugreek helps in gaining weight, which results in firmer buttocks, hips, inner thigh, and also breast. Infact, it is better known as breast enlargement than butt enhancement. It has the reputation of enhancing breast milk in lactating mothers. (My confusion: Do Asian women have firmer and beautiful natural breast?)
- Wild Yam is another ingredient. It is a potent herb used for female hormone balance. It is also know as Dioscorea. The plant hormone diosgenin nourishes female organs and has a balancing effect upon the body’s hormones similar to the effects of DHEA and progesterone.
There are many other ingredients like, Fennel extract, blessed thistle, L-tyrosine, atlantic kelp, motherwort extract, dong quai. I’m not going to bore you with detailed report of each ingredients.
It probably works, but there is a catch!
You see, one bottle of this pill costs about $38, which is not exorbitant. However, the catch is, sellers suggests 2 more products for better result. A butt enhancement/enlargement cream which cost $35. They also upsell ‘belly fat burner’ whcih cost another $30. Therefore, to enjoy claimed results you have to spend around $103 per month. Is that economical?
Better alternative…let’s work on ass.

How to Greatly Improve the Look of Your Butt
Unless you have magical powers or a genie that could give you three wishes, it would be quite difficult (or impossible) for you to have a beautifully maintained butt if you do not move it. Swimming, dancing, or jumping rope are some activities that can help improve the appearance of your behind. Some home exercise routines that can also make your butt muscles stronger include leg lifts and squats.
Now let me give you detailed instruction on some ‘kick-butt’ exercises for free. You have to break-down tissues within your booty and feed with good nutrition. That’s how it gets bigger, better, and firmer!
1. Reverse Step Back Lunges.
For support hold on to a bar at chest level (like the one on a smith machine), place both feet directly under the bar. Keeping the weight on you left heel, step back with your right leg and far enough so that when you lower your body, you end up in a lunge position with your left thigh and shin at a 90-degree angle. Now raise your body back up lifting your right knee up to the bar. Repeat 20 to 30 times then switch legs.
**Tip : Any time you are doing Lung exercises you need to keep your upper body as upright as you can to reduce strain on your back. Start slow and don’t go too low if you are new to the reverse lunge. As you progress you will be able to lunge deeper and to work your glutes more and more.**
2. Walking Lunges (with or without weights)
Standing straight, step forward as far as you comfortably can, place your foot down heal first. Flex your hip and knee and lower your body until the rear knee is almost to the floor. (Do not let your front knee go over your toe.) With the assistance of the rear leg, stand on the front leg, lunging forward with the opposite leg. You will need an area where you can walk about 20 feet unobstructed.
3. Dead Lift
Using a barbell and weights suited for your fitness level, stand with your feet shoulder width apart and bend forward from your hips, keeping your legs straight or a just slightly little bent (not squatting). Make sure to keep your back flat for this exercise to work and to avoid injury. When you reach the end of the movement towards the floor, tighten your butt and hamstrings as you slowly move back to the starting position. Keep the bar close to your legs throughout the entire movement. Repeat 20 to 30 times.

4. Squat with & without weight
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and forward. Keep your lower back straight and lower your body down to about a 90-degree angle as if you are going to sit, letting your hamstrings and glutes do all the work. Then pushing up through your heels using your gluteus and hamstrings come back to the standing position. Repeat 20 to 30 times.
5. Step Ups (with or without weights)
Stand with your feet so that they are about one foot wider than your shoulders. Point toes outward to a 45-degree angle. Hold onto a dumbbell and squat down pushing your knees outward until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Now raise your body back up and clench your butt cheeks at the top for 3 seconds. Repeat 20 to 30 times.
Pills and potions have very minimal impact on buttocks size. If you are a busy person and you cannot accommodate butt workout in your schedule, then you can probably try to be more active throughout the day. Instead of using an elevator, you can climb stairs or you can walk around the office after lunch. Fidgeting and dancing while sitting down are also ways in which you can move your butt even while in front of a computer or television.
